The Admissions Process
VISIT A CAMPUS
The best way to understand Heritage Classical Academy and classical Christian education is to see it for yourself! Prospective parents or guardians are welcome to attend an HCA Admissions Event or schedule a personal tour to meet with the admissions staff before submitting an application. We host several open houses, informational meetings, and preview days throughout the year.
APPLY TO HERITAGE
Once you’re ready to apply, parents should complete an application via our online admissions page found here. A non-refundable application fee is required with every student application. Please note that our birth date requirement is August 1st for all grades (Example: Students need to be 5 years old by August 1st to enter kindergarten) except Preschool 4’s (Preschool 4’s students need to be 4 years old by Dec. 1st.)
STUDENT READINESS ASSESSMENT
We desire for incoming students of any age to thrive at Heritage Classical Academy. All prospective students grades kindergarten and up are assessed as part of the admissions process. Upon receipt of application, parents/guardians will be contacted regarding their student’s assessment date and time.
FAMILY INTERVIEW
To ensure a common understanding and parents’ affirmation of Heritage Classical Academy’s mission, vision, statement of faith, policies, and school culture, all prospective parents/guardians must meet for a family interview. Parents/guardians must also read and sign the HCA Statement of Faith found in the student application.
