Tuition
HCA offers three tuition payment plans:
Payment in full before the start of the school year.
2-month payment plan. One payment is made in August, the second in February.
9-month payment plan beginning in July ending in March.
To make tuition payments, parents/guardians must enroll in FACTS, a third-party tuition management company. FACTS charges an annual nominal fee for their services. In order to access FACTS, parents must enroll each child in our student database, Renweb.

Kindergarten: $3,665
1st through 5th Grade: $4,015
2024-25 Academy (5 Days)
Kindergarten through 5th Grade: $8,540
6th through 8th Grade: $8,935
9th Grade through 11th Grade: $10,235
**Curriculum fees are not included in the cost of tuition. Study Center curriculum fees are $295 per student, and Academy curriculum fees are $295 per student. Curriculum fees will be added to the first installment payment in July of 2024.

Income-Based Tuition Assistance
Ohio Christian Education Network Scholarship Granting Organization
Students of Heritage Classical Academy are now eligible to apply for a scholarship through the Ohio Christian Education Network Scholarship Granting Organization (OCEN SGO). These scholarships are funded through the generous gifts of members of our school community!
While all students are eligible to apply for and receive a scholarship, awards will be prioritized for students with a demonstrated financial need. Award amounts may vary. Scholarships will be awarded this spring for the 2024-2025 school year.
Deadline to apply is July 15th. Go to the OCEN website and click APPLY to submit your application.
FACTS Tuition Assistance
Heritage uses FACTS Tuition Management Company to formalize our tuition assistance process. Families considered for tuition assistance must demonstrate need and have a strong understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Heritage Classical Academy.
New families seeking tuition assistance must apply online within two weeks after submitting their admission application. The cost to apply is $35, and the tuition assistance application is not complete until FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment receives all supporting documents.

EdChoice Scholarship
Heritage Classical Academy is pursuing a non-public school charter with the state of Ohio. We have submitted the requisite documents to the state of Ohio and anticipate the charter will be in place for the upcoming school year (2024-25), thus allowing families the opportunity to take advantage of the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship. While the state cannot commit to exact timing, we have been given positive feedback thus far.
