ORIENTATION WEBPAGE

Thank you to everyone who attended one of our campus Orientations. It was a joy to reunite with families as we helped students find their lockers, walk their schedules, and meet their teachers! The important information and back-to-school details provided at the program can also be found on our Orientation webpage. Please particularly note the drop-off and pick-up procedures which are new at both campuses for the upcoming schoolyear. Directional maps are also included on the webpage.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL INFORMATION REVIEW PACKETS

Please complete any unfinished Information Review Packets. The details provided in the packet provide Heritage with necessary information in case of an emergency. Follow the instructions below to complete your child(ren)'s online packets.

Access the FACTS Family Portal at www.renweb.com.
Select Family Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
Enter HCA-OH into the District Code field.
Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click the link.
After logging in, click the Apply/Enroll button in the menu on the left.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
Click on the Click here to open Enrollment link, and then Start Enrollment Packet.

FIRST DAY PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES

Photo booths will be available for every first day of school.

LUNCH UPDATES

Microwaves will no longer be available for student use. Additionally, please pack anything your child may need in his or her lunch box (plates, flatware, napkin, water bottle, etc.).

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF PROCEDURES

These are new for the 2024-2025 school year!

You received two laminated car tags at orientation. Please clearly display your car tag while in the pick-up line during dismissal.

Lane 1 (Front) is designated for last names A-Q and NO Early Childhood families.

Lane 2 (Back) is designated for last names R-Z and NO Early Childhood families.

Lane 3 (Back) is designated for ALL Early Childhood families and siblings. HCA Staff cannot buckle EC students. Please continue in the pick-up lane and pull off near the playground to buckle any students if needed.

Study Center pick-up is all in the front and uses Lane 1.

Front traffic must use Bronson Street. Back traffic must use Emerson Street.

Please refrain from using your cell phones in the school lanes.

CARPOOLING

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

All students should report to the chapel at 8:15 a.m. Students can place school materials in their lockers prior to that time. Drop-off is from 7:50-8:05 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, is a regular school uniform day for Rhetoric School students (no formal wear is expected).

WATER BOTTLES

Students should bring water bottles to school each day.

UPPER SCHOOL RETREAT

We will go to Beaumont Camp on Friday, August 30. That day, the shuttle will run between Peninsula and Pepper Pike in the morning, but will not return students to Peninsula in the afternoon.
