PICK-UP & DROP-OFF REMINDERS
Thank you for partnering with us as we get used to our new pick-up procedures!
Your Drop-off and Pick-up locations will never change. For example, if you have both Upper and Lower School children and are supposed to pick-up your students at the Upper School, you will always do so, even if your Upper School child is absent and you are only picking up Lower School students.
If your children are carpooling with another family, you must email Kristine Greene by 1:00pm to inform her of who is picking up your students. They will be sent to the pick-up location that has been assigned to the family doing pick-up. If you do not notify Mrs. Greene by 1:00pm, we can not guarantee that your child will be in the appropriate pick-up location.
Even if you are picking up another family’s child, your pick-up location will remain the same. We will bring the carpooling students to your pick-up location.
If your Lower School children usually ride a bus or shuttle and you do not want them to ride on a particular day, you must contact Kristine Greene by 1:00pm. If you do not notify Mrs. Greene by 1:00pm, we can not guarantee that your child will be in the appropriate location for pick-up. If you have questions, please contact Kristine Greene.
If you have any questions, please contact Kristine Greene.
LOST & FOUND
Please label your children's sweaters, jackets, lunch boxes, and water bottles. Encourage your child to check our lost and found often! Lost and Found is located in the cabinet behind the front desk in Wade Admin.
LUNCH VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS
Volunteers are needed! As a lunch and recess monitor, alongside HCA staff, you will assist in opening lunch items for younger students and cleaning between and after lunch periods.
